ROSEMERRY IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS

Invigorate your writing practice with one-on-one conversations. Equal parts practical and playful, each session is customized for the writer.

Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer creates a safe place to explore improving your voice—straight talk, encouragement, and lots of ideas you can use as you learn how to better serve what wants to emerge. You will learn myriad ways to hearten and polish your written work, making it stronger, clearer, deeper, more charged, more authentic and more alive. More importantly, you’ll have new tools to use every time you sit down to write.

So, fuhgettabout what the calendar says. ‘Tis always the gifting season. A one-on-one poetry playshop (You’ll see–it’s not work.), is such a luscious gift for the one(s) you love. And whttabout you? You are worthy of your love, aren’t you?
—Eduardo Rey Brummel

Wisdom is what happens to me when we discuss poems together. Rosemerry is my facilitator in this grand adventure. She listens. She listens with ears the size of an elephant and pushes me deeper into the poem’s heart. With her gentle prompting to pay attention to what the poem needs I am able to receive its gifts, those treasures I was trying to reach out and hand to the sweet Rebecca at the heart of me, where, at first, I resisted.

Praise for Rosemerry

Through poetry, humor & song, Rosemerry brings the room to life.

Her highly interactive approach gives each child the opportunity to become a participant in a beautiful, creative experiment. With the support of Rosemerry, children are allowed to shine, to sing, to be silly – to be themselves, and everyone in the room leaves with the knowledge that living in this space of openness is always a possibility.

—Erika Gordon
Coordinator for enrichment programming, Ridgway Elementary School

Insightful, energizing, and entertaining.

Rosemerry, thank you so much for your inspirational program. The members of the American Business Women’s Association in Montrose left with fresh ideas on improving their work-a-day world and smiles on their faces.

—Mavis Bennett
President, American Business Women’s Association, Black Canyon Charter Chapter

Rosemerry, thank you.

For the first time in a long time I was moved to be creative and to use writing as a tool for healing. I could feel my stagnation begin to melt away in the Light that was presented today. I’ve been freeing up some space lately and asking that it be filled with people and things that inspire me to be the best version of myself and that is exactly what happened today.

—Jackie
workshop participant

I think you have shifted the consciousness of my entire client base.

For this, and many other things, I thank you. You are perhaps the most professional person I’ve ever worked with. I’m amazed.

—Craig Soren Nielson

An amazing talent to open up people’s creative minds.

There is some kind of magic in your smile, your encouraging energy, and amazing talent to open up people’s creative minds. You have facilitated a bit of a renaissance in our building. I have felt warm, enthusiastic vibes from even some of our more reserved teachers today. Of course, the students have it now and are exuding the joy of words big time.

—Vicki Phelps
4th and 6th grade science teacher, Naturita Elementary School

RSS A Hundred Falling Veils

  • So Soon December 18, 2025
An hour after we light the tree,it’s hard to rememberhow the room used to be—so soon we relax into radiance. It makes me want to whisperluminous words, string kindnessestogether like twinkling garland, hang them wherever it’s dim.If we all spoke in light, imagine that glow—howquickly even the darkest spacesinside and between uscould become welcoming, warm, even, imagine, incandescent.
